You can learn something new, gain new perspective, or simply be reminded of something you already knew but haven’t been practicing, sometimes as quickly as in a 5-minute episode. Here are some of our absolute favorite podcasts for leaders that help us to stay on top of our game – at home, at play, and in our business.

Focus on the Family 

The amazing folks behind the Focus on the Family Broadcast absolutely kills it with their podcasts! We actually subscribe to their parenting podcast, as well as their marriage podcast. John Fuller and marriage experts Dr. Greg and Erin Smalley provide practical, down-to-earth insights based on God’s design for marriage. 

And Danny Huerta hosts the parenting podcast. These episodes are less than 20 minutes, and you will hear parenting experts share Biblical truths, effective parenting techniques, and useful resources that will help you feel equipped as a mom or dad in today’s culture! This is a great podcast for leaders, and for raising the future generation of leaders!

Entreleadership

This podcast hosts weekly conversations with incredible business owners, thought leaders and entrepreneurs that will help you win in business, and in life! Hosted by Daniel Tardy, an operating board member at Ramsey Solutions, you’ll hear top advice, origin stories and practical strategies for success. Darren Daily On-Demand 

Darren Hardy is the author of one of our favorite books – The Compound Effect. And he also hosts one of our favorite podcasts – Darren Daily on Demand. This podcast for leaders is designed to act as a companion to the DarrenDaily morning mentoring sessions – which we do that as well! Each week they publish 5 new episodes for us to gain the success advantage we all are looking for!

The Charlie Kirk Show

We are big fans of this podcast for leaders as it is conservative and patriotic and basically so many things that we value. Charlie Kirk is the Founder and President of Turning Point USA, a national student movement dedicated to identifying, organizing, and empowering young people to promote the principles of free markets and limited government. We love Turning Point USA which is the largest conservative youth activist organization in the country. And at just 26-years-old, Charlie has appeared on CNBC, Fox News and FOX Business News over 600 times, is an editor-at-large at Newsweek. He is on the Forbes “30 under 30” list and was also the youngest speaker at the 2016 Republican National Convention. He is certainly a leader to watch!
