Chicken salad wraps have long been a staple in the world of quick foods to enjoy midday. This new take on the dish, however, has great flavor and a little extra crunch.
The addition of plain Greek yogurt gives it a great texture. Add in the delicious curry flavor, crispy fresh lettuce, crunchy peanuts, and fresh herbs, and you’re left with an unexpected combination that you’ll love to make again and again. Fair warning, though… you might get addicted to this one!
By the way, it’s honestly one of the easiest things to make. Whip them up quickly in the kitchen and you’ll be enjoying this Indian-inspired dish in no time.
